The Willow Foundation is dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults living in Halton Region’s three Long-Term Care homes and four Assisted Living facilities. This holiday season, we are excited to launch our Christmas Gift Drive, a special initiative to bring joy and warmth to each of the 345 individuals we serve. They have shared their Christmas wish lists with us, and now it’s our turn to make their wishes come true and fill their hearts with joy. By participating in our "Adopt A Senior" campaign, you can help make this Christmas unforgettable for those who deserve it the most.
