The Willow Foundation is a non-profit, registered charitable organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who raise funds to further enhance the quality of life of seniors and disabled adults in the Halton Region's three long-term care homes and adult day programs. This includes:
• Post Inn Village LTC ~ Oakville
• Creek Way Village LTC ~ Burlington
• Allendale LTC ~ Milton
• Adult Day Programs ~ Milton
Our yearly Fundraiser, The 8th Annual Willow Foundation Golf Tournament, will be held on May 27, 2010 at Crosswinds Golf and Country Club in Burlington.
